He teaches at Anchor University Lagos. His researches span English varieties, acoustic phonetics, corpus phonology, Applied Linguistics and Chomskian Syntax. He is the pioneer host of INSIGHTS, the seminar arm of APPN and the Publicity Secretary of the same association. He is also into public speaking and educational consulting.
