issues, topics or phenomena in areas of phonetics and phonology and
related sciences. Preference is given to data-driven scholarly articles.
Well-written book reviews and review papers may also be considered.
Journal of the Association of Phoneticians and Phonologists in
Nigeria (JAPPIN) is a blind peer-reviewed international journal. It is
the official journal of the Association of Phoneticians and Phonologists
in Nigeria. This is its fourth volume. All the papers that appear in this
volume were critically selected for quality and impact. They attempt to
do justice to evolving developments in the areas of phonetics and
phonology from diverse perspectives.
